Embroidery artwork setup (required) — Choose Artwork Setup Fee ($25) when a new design needs embroidery digitizing. Choose Previously digitized design on file — no new fee only for a design Basecamp has already verified for embroidery. Enter a useful design name or previous order reference and upload an artwork image for every configuration. For multiple products using the same new design, order normally with the appropriate setup selection; staff verify artwork and reconcile duplicate setup charges before production. No-fee selections require staff verification and do not confirm payment. — This option may appear depending on other selections.

Print artwork readiness (required) — Production-ready artwork and previously approved artwork on file do not require a new setup fee. If your artwork requires vectorization or preparation, select **Artwork Setup Fee ($25)**. The fee applies once per new design requiring preparation for the selected product, regardless of garment quantity. Additional artwork preparation may require staff review before production begins. — This option may appear depending on other selections.
