Shipping, Production and Pickup

Basecamp Studio ships to eligible addresses within the United States from Asheville, North Carolina. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Production timelines

Custom decorated orders generally require approximately two weeks for production after artwork and order details are confirmed.

Ready-to-wear graphic tees may ship or be ready for local pickup sooner, depending on product availability and our current workload.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Expedited shipping does not expedite production. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Timelines may vary based on order quantity, artwork approval, supplier availability, and our production schedule. If we cannot meet an agreed shipping deadline or an applicable legal deadline, we will notify you and offer the appropriate options, including a revised date or cancellation and refund where required by law.

Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific event deadline.

UPS shipping options

Eligible UPS shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout.

UPS Ground is our standard shipping service. UPS 3 Day Select may also be available, depending on the destination and package.

Carrier delivery estimates begin after an order has been produced and handed over to UPS. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Some destinations, including P.O. boxes, may not be eligible for the available UPS services.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information will be provided once an order ships and tracking details are available.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you discover an error, contact us immediately at gear@basecamp-studio.com.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us with your order number and details so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution without limiting your legal rights.

Our standard business hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern, excluding holidays and scheduled closures.

Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before coming to collect your order.
